The Poverty of True Love

The richness of Christ is from poverty but is funded by Love. He was found in human form, humbled himself, and became obedient to the point of death—even death on a cross. He lived and lives forevermore. True God from true God and yet he is like us in every way except sin. He is marked by the grave, but marked by the good life even more so. In all his days he never lived one of them to produce for a profit, but as the Lord of all he gained the whole world without losing a soul. Jesus Christ is a wonderful counselor and the great physician: we look to him to be healed and hear with ears that hear the voice of our heavenly Father.
