Act / actuality
Not “an action” in the everyday sense, but being-in-full-realization as opposed to potency. In God, pure actuality means no unrealized capacity and no becoming. In creatures, act is received and limited: a creature’s actuality is real, but finite and dependent. This matters because the Gift-Ontology’s asymmetry depends on it. God’s giving is not a transition into a new act. It is identical with divine actuality, while created effects are the new terms that come to be on the receiver side.
